Canadian artist Dave Thomas residing in Edmonton, Alberta is known for his colourful and vivid portraits and figurative paintings that juxtapose classical and modern painting techniques to create a narrative that reflects current culture.
Dave splits his time between studio work and mural commissions.

‘’ The process of making a painting, constantly shifting between realism and abstraction; trying to find harmony between the two, mirrors my process of being mindful in a zeitgeist in which there is a lot more than meets the eye”.
